ABOUT ME
2019 was the year I decided to devote my time, blood, sweat, and tears to becoming an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer. Why? When asking myself that I realized fitness had always been a constant in my life and one that I am decent at. From activities like boxing, and wrestling to playing handball on the outdoor courts, I was always doing something. Unfortunately, life has a way of getting you off the path though. We can quickly find ourselves distracted by the worries and responsibilities of our lives. I gained weight slowly and before I knew it I had the highest body fat percentage of my life. That year though, I decided to combine my love for gaming with my fitness. I went from 300+ lbs to 180 lbs in about 10 months.
During my career in corporate fitness facilities, I observed that time, knowledge, and money is everyone's biggest obstacles in fitness. Now you can save on time and money by having a fitness trainer come to you. I’ll bring the programs, equipment, and motivation to you! The fitness game can sometimes be dangerous to go alone. From here on out....you're the big boss of your fitness adventure with me as your fitness co-op buddy. I take your personal fitness experience and goals and create programs tailored to you. My program consists of 100 levels towards your final form. As you progress through your levels, the training becomes more varied and intense.
On average it can take an individual about a year to see a full-body transformation or about 100 training sessions. In my programs, each session is a level completed towards your ultimate fitness goal with level 100 being the maximum level. Can you make it to level 100 or will it be GAME OVER for your journey?
